With Summer winding down, I have been thinking a lot about what we will do this “school year” with the kids. Both of mine are not yet in school but I like to try to do activities with them that will help open up their budding little minds to the world around them. One thing I always seem to have on the to do list but never quite execute is having the kids do age appropriate service projects.
I think the fall is the perfect time of year to focus on how blessed we are, and how we can use those blessings to give back to the community and touch other’s lives. I was inspired by my friend Kristin to put together this quick craft that gives you a place to go when you need an idea on how to serve other’s with your kids.
See how to put this Service Sticks Craft together and ideas on doing service with little ones over at our guest post on the MOPS International blog, Hello Darling, today!

Thanks Wanda! I wanted somthing nice enough to leave out and not intrude on the decor. I know if we don’t leave it out we won’t be good at using it!
