Halloween is such a spooky but fun time of year. The air starts to feel a little cooler, the leaves are changing ,and kids get to dress up however they want for one night. My kids already have their costumes and its only September. I love when Halloween time rolls around every year. My favorite thing to do is introduce my kids to new books each season. In this post you will find the big list of Halloween Books for older kids. Most of these are chapter books and are exciting enough to keep your kids attention until the very end.

My kids were so excited when I stated researching this post. They already made their booklists for the library. It’s always fun finding new books especially when they are about fun upcoming holidays. So write down your list and run to the library or to your local store and check them out…. or better yet just buy them online.
