Not only is this Halloween breakfast idea easy, but it can be whipped up in only minutes with Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls! Check out the quick Cinnamon Roll Ghosts!
My kids LOVE having Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls for breakfast. My son asks for them at least 4 times a week. He calls them cinnamon toast, and despite his daily pleas we usually indulge either Saturday or Sunday. One thing I love about them, other than the fact my kids gobble them up effortlessly, is that they are easy to make into a really fun breakfast experience when a holiday is near.
It doesn’t get much easier than making these cinnamon roll ghosts. They make the perfect little spooky treat for a family breakfast leading up to Halloween or even a Halloween get together! All you need to make them is a roll of Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls and a few chocolate chips!
Pop the tube open and pull out the rolls. Then slightly flatten and elongate each one. You can use your fingers to add some waves to the bottom to give them that signature ghost shape. You will want to exaggerate the points a bit, because as they cook they have the tendency to spring back out of the shape. Repeat with each roll and spread them over the pan.
Bake at the directed temperature on the package, however since you flatten them a bit you will want to reduce the cooking time about 1-3 minutes so keep an eye on them.
Once they are golden, take them out of the oven and let them cool a bit. Then use a knife to add the icing to top each one. After they are iced I added two mini chocolate chips to each one for eyes and one normal sized chocolate chip to each one for a mouth.
Serve these spooky little guys with a tall glass of juice or milk, and a side of some fruit and you have got a real winner for breakfast!

Oh, those are completely adorable. We love cinnamon rolls too… I used to make them all the time when my older daughter was still living at home. I think I might need to pick up a tube because these are so easy and wonderful. I love all this stuff:)
